- What should I print out?
- The webbook is a work in progress and in constant flux; probably it is wisest to
browse a chapter of possible interest with a pdf previewer,
before deciding to print anything. Printing the entire book
will take down a tree in the Amazon.

The chapters are updated as we revise them,
with the revisions date at the bottom line of
every page except the first page in a chapter.

takes you to a set of overheads that might give you
a quick impression of the main results of a given
chapter.
