There is no way I could come to the workshop. I can't even take vacation
for the first three months of work. I am sorry but that's the way it is.

Unfortunately, I don't have a hardcopy of the document and am not
currently set up to read the stuff off the webpage. At that point, I
should be able to comment more intelligently.

I think that Freddy wrote up in a clear manner the stuff that I
didn't like in Gregor's appendix on stabilities. It is basically
how I envisaged expressing it all so that is okay in my mind.
It would just be a matter of putting his discussion in the
appropriate place.

I would be willing to proofread chapters

>         quantization.tex
>         scattering.tex
depending on the deadline (as well as the sections Gabor mentions.)
Let me know when you would want it done by. I don't really have
oodles of time.
