I cannot come for an entire week, I have to spare some vacation for the
kids leave from school. Say three days. 

I can dig up a pic of the map for the inter.tex chapter.
I also would like pics of the various contours anda Markov
diagram but cannot produce such things electronically and 
I have no scanner.


OK. Crossreading is excellent work on subway trips:

I guess the idea was to just crossread and mail remars to the responsible
author.

I'll read
