Eileen's, Joe's and Predrag's carrot cake

1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
2 tsp, cinnamon
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (wallnut oil is good)
1 cup walnuts

Stir together: flour, cinnamon, sugar, soda, salt
Add: eggs, vegetable oil, carrots, nuts

Bake in 350 deg F oven for 60 minutes or so,
until a toothpick comes out clean

Frosting: 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 stick oleo,
          1/2 box powdered sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla
