- What should I print out?
- The webbook is very
preliminary and in constant flux; probably it is wisest to
browse a chapter of possible interest with a pdf previewer,
before deciding to print anything.

The chapters are updated as we revise them,
with the revisions date at the bottom line of
every page except the first page in a chapter.

The percentage indicated in italics at the end of a chapter summary
indicates the degree to which the chapter is finished.
- The lecture symbol
takes you to a set of overheads that might give you
a quick impression of the main results of a given
chapter.
