From Microsoft Windows or Apple machines, if you happen to own Acrobat Destiller (that costs real money), but no PostScript reader: right click on the link. Choose "save link as" and save it in a file. Then open the ps file in Adobe Distiller. It will then reformat the ps file to the pdf format. Then view and/or print with Adobe Reader.

If your browser's plugins do not recognize pdf files, save the files and read them with Adobe Acrobat, kpdf or whatever.
